THE PRETTY PINK FLOWERS

I caught the rose "felicia" in a perfect pose. So pretty she is my desktop image of the week.

  3. Diana- You'll be lucky. With this wind today everything is getting shredded! I hate it.

  10. I'm glad you posted a photo of 'Felicia' because I admired her on Sunday and didn't catch her name.

I'm going to have to get new nigella seeds because I'm absolutely in love with the double variety you have. Mine are single and not nearly as impressive.

Thanks again for having us. Everything was so lovely!

  11. MSS- Felicia is so fragrant and was David's choice at the RE. She has struggled somewhat and this is her best season yet. Thrips have been a problem in the past.
Nigella seeds. I'll save some for you if you like.

  12. I can't wait till I have a spot to put my potted Felicia in the ground. I loved how you had yours planted right next to the path where it was easy to smell. I am slowly learning to plant my most fragrant roses where I can smell them more easily!

P.S. Thanks for having us over on Sunday. I can feel my blood pressure drop every time I step into your garden!

  13. That's a sweet rose, one I'm not familiar with. It looks beautiful with the blues/purples in the background (larkspur?).
