MONDAY HARVEST

I still have a few summer crops producing well. Patty pan squash started 6 weeks ago, Juliet tomatoes seeded themselves and are a tremendous producer. Small but tasty. Peppers seeded themselves from last year. Not the prettiest but they taste OK. A fresh crop of Swish chard and radish( that purple one is a stray and my name for it is jalapeno radish!). Peas are in flower and I hope they produce before we have hard freeze.

  1. Beautiful! I'm a little envious you still have Juliets. I still have a few banana peppers producing, but that's about it for summer crops. Keeping my fingers crossed that my lettuces and beets continue to do well.

  2. I found self-seeded plant very hardy it will continue to produce when others are finished. Nice harvest.

  3. I am still harvesting Juliet tomatoes, too! But my peppers are kaput and my radishes aren't radishes yet. I am moving my veggie beds this spring to a sunnier spot in hopes I, too, can harvest patty pan squash in November! :)

  4. Very nice! I have an heirloom tomato that is still producing, but that is it.
